As a Home Care Worker you will be required to read and write
Clients support plans. The successful persons will ideally have
experience of working in a care setting supporting residents, however
this isn't essential as full training is provided as well as the
opportunity to gain up to a NVQ Level 2/3 Diploma
in Health and Social Care. This role will allow you to develop your
existing skills as well as providing you with the opportunity to gain
experience working with a diverse range of Clients and their needs. Due
to the nature of the role, flexibility of working hours is required over
a 7 day shift pattern over a 24 hour period (flexibility at the
weekends is also required).
