4 Point Training provides a range of vocational courses which are focused on developing the knowledge and skills of our students, assisting Care Settings to develop their workforce, creating a productive and efficient workplace.
We provide nationally recognised vocational qualifications to students nationwide. These courses are provided largely to the Care sector and are accredited by City and Guilds. The courses create training pathways that support progression opportunities within an organisation. We encourage the development of a coaching, learning culture that is able to flourish regardless of any adverse external factors that may threaten organisations. We have a team of full-time care training delivery staff who are backed up by a team of support staff, who ensure that we are able to support comprehensively the needs of our students.
