The team of Routes Healthcare have many years experience in both the recruitment and healthcare industries. Many are nurses themselves and the majority of us have worked within recruitment for many years.
We have learnt from our significant experience what works well when running a nursing agency and even more importantly, what our staff and service users require.We pride ourselves on a friendly and fast response, working efficiently and keeping everyone informed. We believe in communication and our core philosophy is "to keep everyone informed”. This allows us to meet our customer’s needs with available staff promptly.
To achieve this we use professional software, which includes a booking and availability system which was specifically designed for our needs. This system matches the staff’s availability with outstanding bookings in a matter of moments. Once our staff have been confirmed into a shift verbally, our system is used to send a text message to the staff to confirm the times and location. As a member of our staff you can send your availability to us by text message which we will enter onto our computerised system. It really is that easy and makes communication efficient!
